When you reach your final destination, the charming town of Stari Grad, leave your bikes and go for a walk. Beside the must-see Stari Grad Plain, visit the Dominican Monastery. Inside you will find famous paintings by Venetian artist Tintoretto, the most important of which is “The Mourning of Christ.” Explore the Tvrdalj castle, home of the Croatian poet Petar Hektorović, author whose inspiring wall inscriptions from the Renaissance can still be found there.
