The city’s many conquerors since its Roman beginnings can be spotted on the architecture crammed within the palace wall through the centuries. There are a bunch of breathtaking sites tucked into the UNESCO World Heritage Site waiting to be discovered

It would be difficult to appreciate the history and evolution of the city without a guide so I can’t imagine visiting the Palace without guided walking tour.
